We travel to outside areas on a fee basis.

Report Formats - We offer summary appraisal formats, as well as self-contained, limited and restricted use reports. We tailor our reports to our clients needs. Our reports are in full compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

On-site Inspections – Our appraisals begin with on-site inspections, if appropriate, of existing building and site improvements. While these inspections do not constitute a building inspection, they do give us a distinct picture of the quality and condition of the property. Report exhibits include flood plain maps, zoning maps, copies of surveys, and pictures of comparables sales properties and lease properties.

Research and Data Collection - We conduct interviews with city and county offices, utility service companies, brokers, buyers, sellers, tenants, property owners and prospective buyers to confirm information and data utilized in our report process.
