Jordan Foster, MBA Vice-President of Brokerage and Development
Jordan Foster joined Peyco in the summer of 2006 and since then has been very active in lease transaction negotiations for owners and tenants, the buying and selling of commercial properties, competitive market study analysis and real estate consulting. Jordan specializes in Owner/Tenant representation in commercial and industrial properties. Since joining Peyco, Jordan has closed over 100 transactions being valued at over $10,000,000. Having being born in Arlington and living here his entire life, Jordan has amassed thorough knowledge of the Dallas/Fort Worth market area and has seen it change over the past 20 years. Jordan received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lamar University and has received his MBA in real estate from the University of Texas in Arlington. Before joining Peyco, Jordan played professional baseball for the Fort Worth Cats organization from 2004-2006. Jordan is also a Licensed Property Tax Consultant for the State of Texas.
