Kathi Frawley joined Peyco Southwest Realty, Inc. in 2006 as a Bookkeeper/Property Accountant. With a strong background in financial implementation and reporting, Kathi ensures all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual accounting operations of the company are executed and is responsible for all accounting and tenant information records for a portfolio of commercial real estate compromised of office, warehouse, and retail space managed by Peyco Southwest Realty, Inc. A seasoned Bookkeeper/Property Accountant, Kathi has an extensive background in accounts payable, accounts receivable, tenant billings, budget preparation, bank reconciliation, payroll accounting, and various cash management functions. She previously served as Diocesan Coordinator of Parish and School Accounting at the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth under the employment of The Walton Group, LLC.
