Robert Rivera Vice President of Property Management, Development & Consulting
Robert Rivera began his commercial real estate career at Peyco Properties as a teenager while attending UT Arlington. Robert has spent his entire career learning and practicing commercial leasing, land planning, sales, finance, banking, consulting, and property management.
Robert started his career at Peyco learning all the basics of commercial real estate. During his first three years at Peyco he was introduced to the local market and helped primarily with leasing. He also witnessed first hand the early rebound of the real estate crash of the late 1980’s. He then started a five year experience at Bank One where he gained knowledge of both the retail and commercial side of banking. He was a retail loan officer and then promoted to become Corporate Marketing Coordinator for Tarrant County.
In the late 1990’s Robert decided to return to commercial real estate as Operations Manager for Jorco Group. While at Jorco Group he lead the daily effort of leasing, property management, and development. Robert worked for Jorco Group for eight years before rejoining Peyco Southwest Realty.
Today Robert Rivera is Vice President of Property Management, Development, and Consulting. His focus on business development, brokerage, and property management fill his day to improve the prosperity of our tenants, property owners, and clients.
Robert is very active in the business and civic community of Tarrant County. He is a member of the Arlington City Council and serves on numerous boards of directors of charitable organizations in the region. He understands the complex and changing real estate, development, business, and economic factors facing our region to best serve our tenants, clients, and future clients.
